GoDash Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing support@godash.ai. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
b. Quarterly and Annual Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for the remaining period will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription.
3. Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
4. Refund Policy
a. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New customers can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.
b. Partial Refunds for Annual Subscriptions: After the initial 7 days, refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated based on the number of quarters remaining in the subscription. There is a lock-in of 1 quarter on annual subscription.
c. No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, except under the 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers.
5. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the GoDash service for any reason, with proper notice.
6. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, GoDash may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.
Note: No refunds are offered, even if a plan is canceled mid-month.
